2. Retreat Bookings

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book and participate in our Retreats. By booking, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.2 Booking Process

Bookings are made through the booking form on our Website. Payment is processed via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from us.

2.3 Payment Terms

The price for each Retreat is listed on the specific retreat details page and includes the items specified therein (typically accommodation, meals, scheduled activities, and transfers as detailed). Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation. Airfare and other items not explicitly listed as included are your responsibility.

2.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the Retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days prior to the Retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total Retreat price.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the Retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.

3. Participant Responsibilities

3.1 Health and Fitness

Our Retreats may involve physical activities. By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the chosen Retreat's activities. You are responsible for consulting with your physician regarding your suitability for the Retreat. You must inform us in writing of any health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we aim to accommodate needs, we cannot guarantee suitability for all conditions.

3.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in Retreat activities carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to risks of physical injury, illness, or property damage.

The information provided on our Website and during Retreats is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We make no guarantees regarding specific results from participation in our Retreats.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within California for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in our Retreats.
